At 40, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune thyroid condition. And that was just the beginning of uncovering a cascade of health challenges.

Like so many women with chronic health conditions, I was told I’d need to be on medications for life. But I discovered there was another way. Now, I am completely off medications and I feel more centered and inspired than ever. I want that for you, too.

That’s why I became a board-certified health coach and yoga teacher. So I could help you navigate your own healing journey with the support of someone who is living proof that lifestyle changes lead to optimal well-being!
