Monday Meditation Test Event
Would you like to bring more clarity and focus to your week? Join Dawn Marie for a few brief warm-ups and an extended meditation (usually between 11-22 minutes). Each month, we will practice the same meditation each Monday in order to experience the benefits of a deeper practice. Students are encouraged (but not required) to practice the meditation on their own during the week. A private Facebook group is available for those who want to check in with other meditators.
In August, we will be practicing a meditation to balance our energy and increase our radiance! It is a silent meditation that includes movement and a breath pattern. For this meditation, students should be able to sit on the floor and bend the knees toward the chest.
