Description
In this six-week program, we will elevate our overall well-being. For 40 days, we will power up our mornings with a body, mind, and spirit practice that can be completed in 30 minutes (or less!)
What’s included?
- Two 75-minute live-virtual Wholehearted Yoga classes (to kick off and to close the Wholehearted Wellness Challenge)
- Weekly live-virtual practice sessions (20-30 minutes each)
- Video recordings for daily practice on your own
- Daily support via facilitator posts (e.g. journal prompts, affirmations, Q & A, and more)
- Private, online Wholehearted Wellness Community for support, friendship, and accountability
And, 10% of every Wholehearted Wellness Challenge fee will go directly to charity: water.
The “Break Through to a Whole New You! 40-Day Wholehearted Wellness Challenge” begins on January 2, 2023 and ends on February 11, 2023.
The live-virtual sessions will take place on Mondays at 6:00 a.m. PST via Zoom, except for the closing session which will be on Saturday, Feb. 11 at 6:00 a.m.
Participants will receive a Welcome email which will include links to the private Break Through to a Whole New You! community page and Zoom room.
